“If you are dedicated to learning how to handle a firearm and you recognize a mistake with a firearm can be a fatal mistake, you should get your carry permit and always carry a firearm to protect yourself, your loved ones and your home,”
Judd said. “But you have to know how to handle it and shoot it. If they are disciplined, it is certainly a safety tool that will keep them alive in a bad situation.”
Graduates of our classes can have their license applications processed within 10 to 14 days.
Currently, the earliest available date for concealed carry weapons license application processing, with the Polk County Tax Collector’s Office, is December 15, 2020.
There is no need to wait for a December appointment date to process your concealed carry license application.
Graduates of our classes can have their license applications processed within 5 to 10 days. You read that correctly, 5 t0 10 days. Processing includes fingerprinting, photograph and submission to the Tallahassee office of the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.
This process can put a Florida concealed carry weapons license in your hand within 30 days. NOT January 2021.
This process is available only to our concealed carry class and firearm training graduates.

In a gun show and hotel conducted concealed carry weapons class, there is absolutely NO handgun handling training.
It should to be understood, not all concealed carry classes are alike.
Most are ‘certificate mills’.
Few provide any handgun training.
Those classes conducted in rented hotel rooms and at gun shows are the greatest examples.

If you are wanting a handgun training class that both provides you with a certificate of training that makes you eligible for applying for a Florida concealed carry weapons license and trains you in the use of a handgun, you will want to take our CCW-101 Handgun/Concealed Carry Qualification Training class.
The cost of our CCW-101 Handgun/Concealed Carry Qualification Training class (CCW-101): $75. A certificate of training, good for applying for a Florida concealed carry weapons license, is issued upon class completion.
For those who feel they are proficient in the use of a handgun and qualified to carry a deadly weapon in public, not needing any firearms training, there is our Concealed Carry – Minimum Standards class (CCW -100).

Pre-registration and full payment is required. No walk-ins are permitted.
