Concerned what might result from the Coronavirus crisis?

In-Gauge of Polk County will continue to offer and conduct concealed carry, self-defense, home defense and other firearms training during the COVID-19 crisis for as long as safe and permitted to do so.

Classes are kept small and all CDC and public health standards are practiced.

Official NRA, virtual, online classroom sessions are available. We have increased our class schedule to 3 days a week and will conduct private classes upon request.

All class registrations can be done online at: ‘Register for a Class‘ or you can call us at: 863-206-1996. You can send us an email inquiry at: info.ingauge@gmail.com.

There is no age restriction on NRA firearms training.

In-Gauge of Polk County is dedicated to firearms safety training and we do not want you to become a statistic during these uncertain times.

The safety and well-being of you and your family is our primary concern.

When you need a gun, it is too late to learn how to use it.

For those purchasing their first gun

This week many people will pick up a gun they purchased last week, after waiting the required ‘cooling off period’.  It may very well be the first gun they have purchased in their life or it may be a type gun with which they are totally unfamiliar.

If you are one of those people, do not become a statistic.

Learn how to safely handle and shoot that gun before you attempt to use it in the defense of your home, your life or the lives of your loved ones.

In-Gauge of Polk County will continue to conduct firearms training (pistol, shotgun, concealed carry, self-defense) throughout the COVID-19 emergency, for as long as permitted to do so.

We even offer an official NRA online basic pistol course for those who do not want to gather in large groups in a classroom setting.  Successful completion of the online course fulfills the training requirement for applying for a State of Florida concealed carry license.

Another Group of ‘Trained’ Concealed Carriers Graduated

Saturday we graduated another group of NOT just concealed handgun carriers, but a group of TRAINED concealed carriers.

This group completed over 15 hours of official NRA concealed handgun training.

The members of this group are not just licensed to carry a deadly weapon in public. They are TRAINED and QUALIFIED to carry a deadly weapon in public.

These people will be walking among you in public. They will be next to you when shopping. They will be standing behind to you in the checkout line. They will be standing on the other side of the gas pump, while you are filling your car. They will be sitting next to you in church. And, you can rest assured they will have your back, possessing well honed defensive handgun skills.

This group committed to complete over 15 hours of training to learn how to carry, and if necessary, use their firearm to defend their lives and the lives of their loved ones.

In-Gauge of Polk County is dedicated to providing this “essential” service, while permitted to do so, during the COVID-19 concern.

In addition to both basic and advanced concealed carry classes, we also provide defensive shotgun and home defense training.

If you have always wanted to learn how to use that shotgun standing behind the bedroom door or that pistol laying on a closet shelf and just never got around to it, contact us today to get OFFICIAL NRA firearms training, while you still can.

All classes are small, less than 10 and are conducted in large, spacious rooms.

Online, virtual, classroom training is available, with the live-fire training conducted on a private, outdoor gun range.

We will custom schedule any class for a group of 4 or more.

All training meets and exceeds the training requirement for applying for a State of Florida concealed carry weapons license.

Visit our website at: www.ingaugeofpolkcounty.com or call us at: 863-206-1996 to schedule training.
